How do I cancel a scheduled class if I'm unable to teach due to personal reasons?
[Teacher GGUGE Home > Schedule (left menu) > Select the schedule you want to cancel > Cancel Schedule]
Please note that cancellation penalties may apply depending on when the schedule is canceled. To avoid penalties, we recommend canceling as early as possible before the penalty period begins.
Where can I view class recordings?
You can view class recordings for up to 7 days by following these steps:
[Teacher GGUGE Home > Schedule (left menu) > Select the relevant schedule > Replay tab]
Please note that recordings are typically available within 4 hours after the class ends, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the recording to be uploaded.
※ Recordings cannot be accessed after 7 days under any circumstances. Please make sure to view or download them within the available period.
Do I need to purchase a separate Zoom license? How can I get host privileges?
No, you do not need to purchase a separate Zoom license.
A Zoom license is automatically assigned to the classes you teach.
To receive host privileges, simply access your class through the following path:
[Log in to Teacher GGUGE > Schedule (left menu) > Select the relevant schedule > Start Class]
When you join the class using the "Start Class" button, host privileges will be granted automatically without any additional setup.
How is my payout amount calculated?
Your payout is calculated based on the class price, the number of enrolled students who participated, and your contracted revenue-sharing rate.
Please note that tax deductions and other withholdings may vary depending on your status (e.g., whether you are registered as a business or an individual contractor), so we recommend reviewing your specific arrangement carefully.
In addition, if you provide coupons or apply discounts to your class, the discounted amount is considered the instructor’s responsibility and will be deducted from the payout calculation accordingly.
