[Teacher] Class Entry Guide

Please make sure to log in via the Teacher Gguge website before entering a class.
All classes on Gguge can be entered via the button on the website.

▌ 1. How to Enter a Class

You can enter a class via the main screen of the Teacher Gguge website or through the schedule details.
Please use whichever method is most convenient for you.

▌ 1-1. Entering via the Teacher Gguge Website Main Screen

[Teacher Gguge Website Main Screen > Today’s Schedule > Start Class] — you can enter through this path.

▌ 1-2. Entering via Schedule Details

[Teacher Gguge Website > Left menu > Schedule > Click on the relevant class > Start Class] — you can enter through this path.

Schedule information for your desired date can be checked via [Calendar on the right > Click on the date].

▌ 2. Default Settings for the Class Meeting Room

•
All meeting room information changes with every class, regardless of class type.
•
All meeting rooms are set to 'Auto-generated', and a different meeting room ID is assigned each time.

This is to prevent students who have not registered from entering the class. Please do not change this setting to 'Personal Meeting'.
•
All meeting rooms are automatically recorded from the moment the class starts.
•
Gguge has a separate contract with Zoom, so teachers do not need to pay any additional fees and can use the same features as a paid Zoom account.
•
All guests enter with audio/video turned OFF.
•
Guests cannot enter before the host. If the teacher joins late, students may not be able to enter. Please join at least 10 minutes before the class start time.
What should I do if the class start time has passed but no students have joined?
The student may have experienced a slight delay in preparing for class. Even if the student has not connected by the end of the class time, please wait in the meeting room with mic/camera OFF. If a student connects midway, please continue the class until the original end time.
