To all Gguge teachers who bring learning with passion despite a busy schedule!
It's been difficult to check and cancel classes with no enrollees every single time, right?
Try managing your class schedules smoothly with the Schedule Auto-Cancellation feature.
▌ 1. What is the Schedule Auto-Cancellation Feature?
A feature that can be set for classes in sellable status, and when set, automatically cancels schedules with 0 enrollees.
There are 3 auto-cancellation options available for teachers:
1.
The evening before class at 7 PM, if there are 0 enrollees
•
The day of class at 1 AM, if there are 0 enrollees
•
The day of class at 7 AM, if there are 0 enrollees
▌ 2. How to Set Up Schedule Auto-Cancellation
▌ 2-1. Default Setting Option
When a class first becomes sellable, the default option is set as follows:
•
Schedule Auto-Cancellation: ON
•
Day of class at 7 AM, if there are 0 enrollees
You can change the default option settings or disable them at any time.
▌ 2-2. How to Configure Schedule Auto-Cancellation
When Schedule Auto-Cancellation is set, cancellation will proceed if there are 0 enrollees according to the selected option.
The Schedule Auto-Cancellation option can be set via [Teacher Gguge website > Left menu > My Classes > Class List > Click the class to set > Class Settings > Schedule Auto-Cancellation Settings > Select option].
•
When changing the schedule auto-cancellation time setting, the changed setting will also apply to all already-created schedules.
•
When schedule auto-cancellation proceeds, you will be notified via KakaoTalk at the set time.
•
No penalty will be incurred when schedule auto-cancellation proceeds.
If auto-cancellation is set to OFF, students can register for the class until right before the schedule start time. Please check the enrollment status until the class start time.
▌ 2-3. Class Statuses Where Setting Is Not Available (Draft / Pending Approval)
Schedule auto-cancellation settings can only be configured for classes with Approval Complete status.
If the class status is Draft, Pending Approval, or Rejected, the schedule auto-cancellation setting will be disabled.
▌ 3. Auto-Cancellation Processing by Class Type
One-Day Class
•
The schedule is automatically cancelled according to the auto-cancellation option if there are 0 enrollees.
Multi-Session Class
•
For multi-session classes, if there are 0 enrollees based on the first session, all schedules are automatically cancelled.
•
However, if a class has already started and all enrollees cancel mid-course resulting in 0 enrollees, the remaining schedules will not be automatically cancelled.
Example: For a 5-session class:
◦
If the first session has 0 enrollees, all 5 schedules are automatically cancelled according to the auto-cancellation option.
◦
If sessions 1 and 2 have been conducted but all enrollees cancel before session 3 starts (resulting in 0 enrollees), the schedules from session 3 onward will not be automatically cancelled.
Subscription Class
•
The schedule is automatically cancelled according to the auto-cancellation option if there are 0 enrollees.
◦
Only the schedule for that specific date is cancelled, not all schedules.
▌ 4. How to Check Schedule Auto-Cancellation Status for Each Class
There are 2 ways to check the schedule auto-cancellation status.
