▌ 1. Class Approval Criteria

▌ 1-1. Class Content / Thumbnail Image

•
Class Introduction Content Requirements
◦
The text must be at least 500 characters and include at least 1 image.
◦
Even if composed solely of images without text, it may be counted as text if the images contain sufficient explanation of the class content.
•
Insufficient or Unclear Content
◦
If the description is too short or unclear about what and how the class will be conducted, it will be rejected.
•
Content with Potential Copyright Issues
◦
Classes containing images or text that may infringe copyright will not be approved.
▪
Examples: Pokémon, Disney characters, movie posters, etc.
•
Thumbnail Images Unrelated to the Class
◦
If an image unrelated to the class content is used as the thumbnail, it will be rejected.
▪
Example: A Rubik's Cube class using a chess image as the thumbnail

Using Class Screen Images with Students
◦
Screenshots of Gguge's Zoom meeting rooms are not permitted in order to protect personal information.
◦
However, images may be used as an exception only when all of the following conditions are met:
▪
Images taken from classes conducted outside of Gguge
▪
Source must be clearly stated as a public institution or external class outside of Gguge (e.g., labeled as 'Portion of public institution Zoom class' or 'Portion of external class')
▪
Students' faces, names, and other personal information must be obscured

If these conditions are not met, approval will be denied on personal information protection grounds.

▌ 1-2. Personal Information & External Business Information

Including Personal Information
◦
If the class page includes content directing users to communicate via external channels such as email, personal contact info, SNS accounts, or KakaoTalk open chats, it will be rejected.
◦
Communication with parents/guardians is only permitted through Gguge's in-app messaging feature.
•
Including External Business Names
◦
If the class page includes names of other companies, offline academies, or any external business names, it will be rejected.

▌ 1-3. External Links

Classes containing external links other than Gguge will be rejected.
Permitted Links
•
External links or embedded content are permitted only when directly relevant to the class content.
Example) Installation instructions for programs used in class (online exhibition platforms, Lichess, Roblox, etc.)

▌ 1-4. Parent Education (Adult Classes)

•
Only parent education classes are permitted.
•
Classes targeting adults for general academic purposes are not permitted.
▌ Parent/Adult Class Criteria
•
Classes that do not meet the above category criteria will be rejected.
